Columbia Favorite
The Columbia Favorite was introduced in 1911. When introduced, this was Columbia's lowest priced model at $50. Columbia believed it to be their best seller so it was dubbed "The Favorite." The earliest style cabinet had doors (as the one we're selling). Later, The doors were changed to Columbia's trademark louvers since Victor took out the patent on doors. This is a beautiful oak cabinet and plays as good as it looks. Click on each picture to see a larger version. #DL17col01 - Price: $475.00

Standard Talking Machine
model X-2: The Columbia Phonograph Company made their own machines as well as other machines for companies. One such company is the Standard Talking Machine Company. This machine is in great shape and plays very well. Due to the enlarged center turntable hub, this machine will only play the Standard brand records. One of these records will be sold with the machine. A regular 78 rpm record wouldn't fit on this machine. This machine has been worked over completely in order to bring it to full playing ability for you. It has an original horn (re-painted maroon), reproduction traveling arm, and all other metal parts are original (re-nickeled). If you have any questions about this machine, feel free to check with us . #DL17cec01 - Price 850.00

Victor IV
The Victrola IV was Victor's lowest selling tabletop phonograph at $15. It was introduced in 1911 and sold over 600,000 before it was discontinued in 1926. Each Victrola IV was originally sold with an Exhibtiion soundbox (reproducer), eventhough the "Victrola no 2" was the upgrade to the Exhibition in 1921. Each of these machines are being sold with a Victrola no 2 reproducer, but an Exhibition can be supplied upon request. The Victrola IV had a 1 spring motor and 10" turntable. As you can see above, we have more than one machine available so ask for each by number if you have any specific questions. This machine was an odd style available with no wooden slats at the end of the horn. This style was available late 1917 until the slats were re-added early of 1918. #DL17vviv3
